plays fine for me too...the way he just jerks the weight up has to be dangerous...when he was doing squats it seemed he was bouncing at the top and bottom..no pauses..and the leg curls..geez..should have been called swinging leg curls or sumthing...still 4 45's on each side squatting is crazy
his lower back rounds like crazy on those squats (his heels come up a little bit too).
He doesn't use that much weight....
405 x 9 on squats. I'm close to getting that once...

correct me if im wrong (prolly am) but isnt it good for mass to do it slowly wit a slow cocentric and eccentric movement? he did it all of those pretty fast

Who cares if he is the best bodybuilder in the word? The form still sucks.
Why? If the form is bad then it is bad. It doesn't matter who he is. The problem with shit like this and those stupid BBing magazines is people see this and think that the form is okay or the way things should be done. People deserve the truth.
