I've seen it twice and i've read lots of articles from Leykis (thanks to foreman's post back then) and i also read the famous ebook "Double your dating" written by David DeAngelo so i pretty much have it covered.

lol i know but i remember back in september some other cute girl randomly poked me one time and i didn't know who she was so i didn't do anything. Well, the next day i saw her as i was walking to class and ya it was pretty awkward.

She should have just stopped and said hi. :wtf: is up with the games that young girls play? I never got that. If I thought someone was cute and wanted to talk with them, I never had problems approaching them. There is no reason to play silly games.

As of right now, I say what you experienced is nothing. Why? She had an iPod on! Sorry, but a guy or a girl doesnt look approachable NOR look approachable with headphones, cell, or in mid conversation.

I mean, if she went ahead and did all that work just for YOU to make the first step, she wouldve taken the iPod off.

That girl is playing the courting game. In fact, It is best you didnt go and talk to her because girls like a challenge. She's not going to forget wh you are thats for damn sure, and attraction doesn't usually fade that quickly.

Pull out your left pocket so it flops down like an ear, then the right pocket.

As i left the gym after my workout, i saw a really cute girl about 20 feet from behind me and we both looked at each other and smiled but i just continued to walk as she was behind me. As i was walking, she sped up a little bit and walked by me until she was about 10 feet in front of me and then all of a sudden slowed down just to maintain enough distance so she wouldn't get too far ahead. As we continued to walk, you get to a point where you either go straight to the dorms or take a left which is a shortcut to another dorm and dining hall (where i was going) and it looked like she was going straight but all of a sudden, she slowed down and looked back pretending to look at something else behind me but i clearly knew she wanted to see where i was going.

So, she moved over to the left side and continued to walk at a moderate pace while turning her head slightly sideways just enough to see me at the corner of her eye. Now, at that time i was thinking "does she want me to approach her and just talk to her" or is she just tuning in to the music and just looking around. As we got closer and closer to the dining hall, she started to slow down some more until i was basically 5 feet behind her but i slowed down too because i didn't want to walk past her since i was a little confused what her intentions were. Once she took a right turn (the long way back to where she was supposed to go if she had continued to go straight instead of a left where i was going like i described earlier) ... i just continued to go straight and into the dining hall. I looked over at her while i was walking away and by judging her body language, it seemed like she was disappointed that i didn't do anything but i don't know.

At that point, i was like "what the fuck am i doing?" "Was she doing that on purpose hoping i would talk to her or am i out of my mind here?" The girl is really cute and i'm hoping i didn't blow my chance or anything but i didn't want to come off as a stalker and interrupt her since she had her ipod on.

What'd you guys think? Did i blow it or was it nothing? I see her like once in a blue moon when i walk to classes or at lunch/dinner and we usually make some eye contact but i never have the balls to do anything about it.

ALL attractive females past the age of 10 know the effects they have on the male species. LOL ... ask any male here at IM how many times he's been hit on by a woman and he can prolly count it out pretty quick. Ask any women here? She'll have no idea because the numbers are in the thousands. Guys tend to be dopes when it comes to knowing when a woman is trying to get something going so you missed it. She ... on the other hand ... knew the chemistry was in the air and worked you waiting for you to catch up.

Just walk up to her with a smile on your face. Not a stalker kinda walk up, make it casual. Once you make eye contact keep it ... it's always about eye contact. Be gentle, read her body language ... then look her right in the eyes and tell her how she makes you feel. The worst thing she'll do is pull out a .45 and shoot you in the head ending your misery ... but I'm betting she'll smile back and nudge you along somehow till you ask her out :thumb:

This trendy dress shop moved in to my old office next door. Right before we moved out the owner (35 year old cute blond gal) would be in and out of the spot making preparations to move in. Next time you see her, smile and say hey, you see her all the time, what's her name... if you want to get ballsy ask where she's heading and if she sounds free, you could say "I'm on my way to grab a bite to eat and I hate eating alone, you wanna come with?" Just make sure you bring your wallet because you're paying!
