What gadgets do you guys have?

I like gadgets, I brought a fairly cheap home automatition kit from radio shack years ago.
I have a stereo that I'm not using but I plan on installing speakers through out the house and us it as a background....

What name brand surround speakers are you using? Ditto to the computer speakers.

DAK used to sell hard to get gadgets and one of them was a sub-woofer like speaker that emitted no sound....you felt the base but not the sound.
great for movies like Jurasiic park.

Very similar to the rides at Universal.

Samsung. They are nothing special but for $350 I think they sound great.

I have a Butter Boy, a car de-odorizer with Ion technology, an alarm clock that will wake you up with sounds of the jungle, ocean, rain, nighttime, etc...oh and most important a salad spinner
