Dude, just eat a LOT of high quality, whole foods. Suppliment with protein drinks if you want to, but at your age, if you want to gain mass, you have to eat.

Look, save yourself the stress of stuff like figuring out how to open the egg carton, deciding how many eggs to crack, which end of the egg to hold, how many oats to boil...I'm sure this takes you a while....you are boiling the oats individually, aren't you? God I hope so.
