tell us what your favorite video game(s) or game series is and why you like to play that game(s)

mine are the final fantasy games they are fun to play and they have a story line in each one. just overall fun to play.

Rome: Total War

this game kicks ass all the way

Burnout Revenge

ATV off road furry 2

Prince of Persia

All the Tomb Raider games

Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Soon to be Brawl.

Crysis doesn't work due to some fucked up vista driver incompatibility.

I'm playing Brawl right now. It's awesome, and I'm convinced Nintendo has hit its peak with this game, I just don't know how they could ever up this game. I bought a Wii for it, and I also bought the latest DBZ fighting game but I've barely touched it.

Obviously Chrono Trigger is the game which I will contribute to this thread though, greatest game ever. FF7, Starcraft, WoW, god the list goes on

ff VII

I just dled the FFVII sounds track last night.

A couple of my buddies and I started a Team Fortress 2 team. We play matches every Sunday and mess around on public servers a few times a week, so that's been taking up most of my video gaming time. Team Fortress games are definitely my favorite FPS games. I like the goofy feel so much more than all of these super realistic shooters.

I definitely get hooked on online games and RPG's the most...

Wow I didn't think anyone played Rome: Total War anymore.

My favorites are Rome Total War. Nothing like raising armies of thousands of men and conquering Europe.

Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2. Just a fun FPS game with fun online play too.

All Elder Scrolls games like....Morrowind and Oblivion.

u should download/listen to some music from The Black Mages, they do amazing remix final fantasy songs, so much so that you'd never guess they were based on a video game if you didn't know

YouTube Video

i just beat sin yesturday before i made this thread. now im going back from the last point that i saved at before i beat sin to get all of the celestial weapons.

I have MediEvil II: Total War also but I just don't like it as much.
when the day comes that I can get a better computer the Empire: Total War will be out and that should be awesome

Call of Duty 4 is my favorite game, awesome graphics best FPS ever

They did release 3 in America, and with completely redone 3D graphics on the DS. It was decent, but it's certainly old school (pre-FF7) final fantasy. There was also the original "FF3" title on the SNES in America which was something like FF6 or something in Japan. :nerd:

i wanna get ffx-2 just for shits and giggles

gta 3 through san andreas.

Counter-Strike (original not source), FF7, Tribes, Unreal Tournament 2003/2004, The 7th Guest

No good new games have come out imo :( I haven't played Crysis or anything like that though, so I might be missing out.

Team Fortress Classic was my favorite FPS online game ever. But the graphics of the second one scared me away.
I agree about TFC, but TF2 has actually replaced it in my eyes. TFC was always one of those games I played when I had nothing to do, but everything that was great about it is better in TF2. Play it, it's really great, and a few of us from the boards here even play together

devil may cry is my favorite series. i have not picked up the new one yet.

Its up there with God of War and Castlevania: Lament of Darkness for me. Truly a fav. Although, I was warned about DVC2 so I avoided it, but DVC3 I did buy and it was extremely hard.

Ill have to pick up team fortress 2...I gotta frag the fuck out of you jerks! :spin:

dmc 2 was easy but i had a lot of extra content. good game still cant beat the first one on must die mode. if you want alot of fun pick up the dmc3 special edition. all the extra content of the second with the dificulty of one and three. i have both versions and love the special one. great series. i have both the castlvania games for ps2 the one with hector was awesome still have not beatin it yet. i am trieng to max out hector. castlevania symphony of the night was freaking sweet to.
