when doing a bulking mass diet should i change my regular whye protein to a heavy gainer protein to make gain easier something like muscle juice 2544 or cyto gainer ? let me know input thanks in advance

I would stick with the whey if you want to up the cals put it in a blender with some oatmeal a banana and some strawberries. It tastes good and you will get some more protein and cals:thumb:

Yeah those high calorie gainers could contribute to you gaining some bodyfat. Go with a good whey and you should be fine. Try to consume around a gram of protein per pound of your body weight if possible.

Great advice if your a serious bodybuilder maybe even 1.5 grams per pound of body weight:thumb:

here once again with a question so am on the website trying to get some protein from whey, what is the difference between whey isolate , blend, concetrate opti-blend, and which one is the best to take??. far as i know my weight protein i been getting next door at gnc it just say 100 whey protein lol .

Your protein is fine I'm sure. The difference has to do sometimes with the filteration process and the different sources in which the protein is derived from. The protein could have per say soy and whey in it.
