I'm 16 years old and weighs 140lbs. I've been lifting for over a month now, mostly bowflex, and was thinking of doing a cycle of MASS TABS! I thought i'd join this site to get some advice. Aparently i have to get some stuff for PST? will vitamin C be enough for that?

lol...hey guy I am hijacking this thread to say hello. I am new to this forum but not new to fitness. I have been actively lifting for the past 6 years. I have served in the Army for 5 years and I currently train for MMA. I am 5' 10" 175lbs. I look forward to contributing.
