Each time the cops print out your 50 page rap sheet you could consider yourself as being Published. Then there was your spread of photos in Bear Magazine, that can be considered being published. And finally there was the Break-up Email from your ex-girlfriend and the blubbering reply you made that made it into the New York Times article on 'Tools and How Use Them & Then Refuse Them'
