Hi, my name's Richard and I'm 28, from London, have 2 kids and have been lifting for a few years (well the first year was totally clueless but that's pretty common)
I know a little bit already but only a fraction of what I want to know so have come here to learn more and see what it takes to get my lifts to the next level.
I'm 6'2", 215lbs and about 20% BF. I train for strength rather than physique (i.e. I don't have the dietary discipline to train for physique)
I've been a member on a different forum for years but the oestrogen fuelled girly men grate on me a little so it's time to find a new home where wanting to lift heavy stuff isn't seen as a character flaw
