Who gives a shit about Global Warming...I think the important thing is stop making Earth a toxic waste dump, there is a huge island of garbage floating in the Pacific, the air quality of most major cities is horrible, that brown haze of LA is disgusting we have a lot of legitimate reasons to clean up our act so I don't know why their is wasted time on this whole Global Warming crap.....

I couldn't agree more. The problem is that people who ascribe to the falacy of the anthropomorphic global warming will waste money and resources on a false goal. Money better spent on fighting real problems that have achievable goals.

As for LA's air quality, when I was a kid the air on a hot, stagnant summer day was so bad that you couldn't see the mountains five miles away. Now, on the same sort of day, it's just a bad haze. Contrary to what some people think (self-deprecating Americans and people in other countries that like to hate on America), we are doing something.

if it makes you feel any better, where I'm at...its the most polluted air quality in the world.
When I flew out of here to go on vacation, the pollution was so bad, I recall having a hard time seeing the ground thru the brown cloud.
