Just wanted to post another h-drol thread.
Me:
Almost 38 years old, 214 #s, training on and off for like 10 years (on for the last year or so), this is going to be my first cycle, 17% body fat, routine is 3 weeks of 5 days split and 1 week 3 days split compound only, please advise>
This is what I plan to run when I start my 5 or 6 weeks of CEL H-Drol. Comments, suggestions are very welcome and needed.
H-Drol cycle
50/75/75/75/75/75
Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol - 2 bottles
Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist - 2 bottles
I Force Reversitol
Pre-load with Cycle Assist 14 days prior to starting H-Drol, 4 caps am and 4 caps pm (or maybe hawthorn and milk thistle from Walmart to save) LOL
CYCLE
Run Cycle Assist throughout cycle, continue 2nd bottle for 2 weeks into PCT, taurine.
H-Drol 50/75/75/75/75/75
7am / 7pm in week one, then 7am / 3pm / 11pm in weeks 2-6
PCT
Reversitol 3/2/2/1
Post cycle Support PCT for that extra support - add it in on week 3 of PCT and run for 4 weeks.

ON Protein and ON multivitamin the whole time
