Wow...I remember back when I first heard about people doing this, trying to sell pictures of items to unwitting customers...

the scammer deserves to have the book thrown at her but people are head in the sand stupid if they don't know ebay is a potential rip off and read things carefully. a smart 5th grader probably could have caught the wording that showed the ad to be a rip off.

So then ask the Judge Judy show why they agreed to pay me $1400.00 under the table before I stepped one foot in the studio. I WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO GET PAID UNLESS AWARDED THE MONEY BY JUDGE JUDY. Is that fair?

No right of appeal. No legal guidelines Judy has to follow. So when you see the show and it looks like someone lost or the case was dismissed oh America the fool think again!

Its the illusion of Court, as in Judge Judy "PRETENDING" to rule one way, then the exchange of money behind the scenes which is part of the SCAM! Not to mention the FRAUD and ABUSE toward show participants that goes on that nobody ever hears about.

if you read what i posted you will see her audience thinks she's throwing the book at the bad guy... the bad guys have been known to be paid very well to let it APPEAR that's what happened when it's really just a show for entertainment. the article was written by a guy who APPEARED to lose his case but was secretly paid $1,400 which would have made the opposing party livid if they knew. the "WOMAN WHO IS NOT A JUDGE" is angrily telling him he will pay all the bills ALL THE BILLS.... um after they snuck him fourteen hundred dollars. lmao at the suckers who watch this show. it's horseshit.

That's what I was hoping too. I can't stand her, and I wish she'd die. I think it's pretty low that she threatened that woman with the child services (who are known pieces of shit). The woman who sold the phones is of course wrong and ignorant for doing what she did, but when you buy four hundred dollars worth of something on ebay, it's usually a good idea to read the fine print.
I've seen a lot of cases where Judge Judy acted very very very unprofessional, and ruled in ways that were far from just or sensible just to be extreme and get ratings.
She's one of the people I'd exterminate if I was the boss.

I am sure some of it is for the show, but for the most part I think that is how she is, hence the reason she got the show in the first place and is still on the air.
Telling off a judge can get your ass thrown into jail for contempt.
Don't forget the litigants on the show applied and agreed to have their cases settled in her court, they did not have to, and they knew what they were getting into.
