so youre doing full bodyweight and not lean mass which would then be 300g a day...wake up.
I'm using gear and I do 2g per lbm, but I'm also doing PSMF. The guy above thinks he's doing himself a favor by wasting his money.Why would you consume 2x your lean mass instead of 1 gram per pound anyways? Gear?
