I googled this but came up with nothing... can anyone explain what this is or how to do it?

just be very sterile with not using same pin x2, alchol pads before inject. dont drop needle and use throw out use another, shit like that bro. be clean on how you do things thats all.

Okay... that's easy enough. I already do that as it is. I try to be as sterile as possible. I was worried that I needed some kind of strange equipment to get the gear out of the bottle. Thanks again for your wisdom...
