I would like to go ahead and get started.

I have: Tokkyo Test and Tokkyo Anidrol and was going to stack these together, each cap has 45mg.

PCT: Nolva

During 4 week cycle I am taking liver care support, saw palmetto, multi-v and 100-200mg of b6.

Is this a good plan for my 1st prohormone cycle?

Will this actually bring results or should I just keep on taking creatine/protein?

I want that extra boost.

Thanks.

i would just start the real thing testosterone enanthate 500mg wk for 12 wks. its a injectable and will be cheaper. then use clomid for your pct and hcg 5,000ius. thats wat i would do if your 25 yrs old or older now if your 21 you go by the rules you want but dont take my advice.

I am 28 and been working out off and on last couple years but strong for 1 year.

See I'm 28 too and I've done things a little differently than you...

I took HGH and peptides for a long time so that my body is now "naturally" big and muscular, and it's all up to me to keep the fat off

When I go to the gym now I'm mostly doing cardio

My size is great but my goal is low BF %

I've done prohormones too but they're not really necessary, like the Methyl 1-D I just ordered

I'm mostly trying to lose stubborn fat AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HGH !!!!!!!

I'm not trying to deter you, but you've only been training seriously for a year. That's not really a long enough time to consider this, especially since you havent approached anywhere near your genetic maximum potential. I'd say give another 2 years and then seriously consider using AAS. Fuck the PHs.Half are pretty damn harsh on your liver, the other plain suck.
Obviously, you'll do what you want, but this is my feeling. I was a a natty bber up until a year ago. I took the plunge with mdrol and hated the side effects. However, AAS is a completely different story. You arent messing with the liver.

Tell me something-do you at least compete to need to use HGH?

okaaaay....but do you want to compete? Because other than the above reason and your accident, I cant understand why you'd use it.

No I'm NOT planning on competing, but I wanted to be a little bigger- thus HGH I'd read about- Mostly I wanted more muscle and abdominals, thus peptides :ohyeah:

To be honest I really didn't know what I was doing back then - I did HCG because I read something about its effects with Testosterone, and I thought it might be like HGH lol

It does have a lot of therapeutic effects with stuff like recovery, I've noticed

Yeah I've done so well with my recovery because of HGH :hiya:

Not to bust your balls, but I'd stay away from the stuff. You dont need it. You can get by very easily with proper diet, good nutrition and smart training. I'd suggest that, and if you decide to take the plunge using AAS, research it for 6-12 months before you do it.

Thanks. Yes I'll stay away from AAS - I just joined the board here to know what's up with Traning and Supplements - thanks!
