hello,

I am French and excuse me if my english isn't wonderful : )
Iam 30 years old, live in France and i am lifting since 10 years. My weight is 100 kilogramms and my ambition is to cut some fat and get more massive ( specially arms back and legs ). My endocrinologue said to me i had a little adipomastia ( fat boobs lol ). I hope to get rid of them with good diet, cardio and a lot of incline press. I love reading novels (Bukowski for example).

I'm glad to join this great forum that will help to improve my english and my knowledge of Bodybuilding. :kissu:

Hi all, I am a short 5'3 110 lb female, not totally out-of-shape , but could never come close to be in the same league as most of you, but I am always up to learning something new .

your tiny, and, not everybody on here is in great shape as you might think. but most are. its a good spot to learn.

Don't really want to start a brand new thread for this so I'll just put my intro here.

Just started here on ironmag a few days ago, already sort of introduced myself in a question thread, but:

I'm Canadian and 19 years old. Just finished high school a year ago and spent this last year of sports playing rugby but have since missed football and so I'm gonna go back to it for the next season. I would consider myself a quick learner and I'm always ready to take in new information to help advance myself to the next level. I'm very interested in lifting and ready to do everything under the sun, that isn't morally bending, to get as strong as possible

Oh and I currently weigh 205lbs, 6 feet tall. Stronger than your average guy but still a ways away from my goals

@popshots - welcome! Lots of great info and people in this forum. Awesome to have a fellow Bukowski fan - I can see my stack of Bukowski novels from here :)

yes pablorivera, hard to read a novel of Bukowski and workout after! Bukowski has the talent to make you feel everything is absurd in life, so it's hard after that to eat a can of tuna and some water !!! :loser2:
