on a sidenote its good to know 30 someyears later when it comes to food stamp fraud nothing has changed..maybe the arabs have jumped into the game..but other than that its the same:coffee:
 
Food stamp fraud isn't near as devastating as corporate subsidy fraud/"lobbying", i personally don't hold it against poor people who try and get ahead at the expense of the government, but thats just me. My mom was on foodstamps pretty much my entire childhood. She never used them for things beyond food but it would have been real easy. But yeah, even with the cards it's still easy to pull off, just loan the card or just pick up something someone else wants then exchange it for beer/weed.
