A) my order was domestic so there shouldn't be any customs issues.
B) A simple e-mail updating order status would suffice.
I get so tired of people making excuses. Would love to see this disclaimer on these sponsors ads:
"We cannot guarantee any delivery. Powders have a hard time getting through customs and can sit there for a long time. If there is any kind of backlog or disrutption in supply of raws, this may also delay shipment. But please, send us your money and we PROMISE we'll get back to you....eventually."

Where do you think the domestic guy gets his stuff? Illegal substances take time and precautions........for both parties.

I dont know... coming up on 3 months for a domestic order is pretty bad. and instead of an apology or even an excuse they tried blaming me! i have proof of all the emails and they tried saying i never emailed them. if i never emailed them, how do i have copies of them emailing me back?

I haven't used it yet...because I haven't gotten it yet. I give props to Z, once the order was shipped, it got here quickly. ahem, so to speak. It arrived but I got a green card in the mail for registered signature. re-scheduled delivery, but it never came back, so I went to P.O. to pick up and they don't have it. I'm having the worst fukn luck....
If you were talking to me, I'm not blaming YOU..your job is done..now it's on the f'ing postal service. They've lost it.
wanted to give an update since i started the thread....
ok, many times z has said he didnt receive payment info on an order place 3 months ago. I just looked at my emails and I have sent the info 5 times total with a total of 8 emails and 7 responses from him. Finally i checked and the money had never been picked up so i had it returned. I am not sure why i kept being overlooked. my guess is to many different people checking the emails and miscommunication... none the less atleast i have my money
on an order also placed three months ago, about 2 weeks ago 2 of the 5 vials came in. I am still waiting for a response on the other 3. all were domestic line and should of been 2 weeks, its been 3 months!

ya... they did me right for a very long time and never gave me any issues, but the amount of problems and the way they handled me this time has been enough to call it quits.
I think for the most part z is safe and pretty quick. i didnt post this to discourage anyone from using them... more to get attention of the issue in hopes of z responding to me.
i did get my money back from western union and immediately placed an order else where... was able to buy more for the price and i like that they keep me updated on my order!
