Quality Protein

None. I've eliminated protein out of my diet.
 
Yeah some bodybuilders only get their protein from natural sources like chicken and milk, never using protein powders... it makes sense that it'd be higher quality, not processed and shit
 
Go to your local GNC and get some help from the kid behind the counter. He will get you hooked up with some stuff from BFE.
 
I try and eat fish as much as possible kinda expensive those if your not catching them yourself

Supplement-wise whey is my one and only choice.

Whole foods that I eat the most of: Eggs, beef steaks, pork chops, veal, lamb, and salmon. Though during weekends the majority of my protein comes from chicken/bison/cod. I also always go pastured/grassfed/organic/wild-caught, though they are considerably more expensive.

Tuna does not cost that much. Salmon in a can isn't very expensive either although I'm sure most people will tell you fresh fish is better.

Lean red meat
Shrimps
Cottage Cheese
Smoked Salmon

If youve got your diet down you do not need to supplement your diet with protein. When Im on a cut I will have a protein shake after my morning cardio, get ready for work and then have my cottage chz, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Other than that, I dont need a protein shake.
