Naps problem with order

Can't ever get a clear answer outta naps. I know it's my first post here, but I have been in the game for a few years now. I have ordered from several different people, and never had a problem. The other forum I am mainly on would not help me take care of my issue, and was noticing that it looked like the mods here do a good job finding out what is up with things. I don't want to throw out too much information, but I ordered over a month ago, and according to my tracking code, it still hasn't reached the states. If a mod can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!

Bro PM me your order number and i will see what i can find. I will say this that most times the tracking will say "origing post preparing item" until it gets to a sorting facility inside the states.
