I'm 18 years old, I have been training in the gym for around a year now, my gym has dumbbels up to 32kg and no barbell. no cables but the standard resistance machines such as chest press... lat pulldown...
I am 10 stone, quite a low body fat% and can bench 32kg dumbbells or 90kg barbell.
