I seriously cannot stop wanting to workout, I had to force myself not to today even though i'm not sore (even after busting my ass daily)

Anyone have this problem?

Me and now I am having to sit out, hurt my arm, lost grip strength for a couple days, and energy level sank to shit.

i feel like im going to have this problem when i start but i really dont want an injury on my first cycle

I don't really see how that's a problem. As long as you are getting enough protein, I think that's good.

Have 4 kids and a wife with honeydo list onhand the moment you walk through the door. It will solve your issue.

Just watch out Buckwheat.......Remember, it takes your CNS longer to recover than your muscles. Easy to get burned out.

if you can't stop doing sets it's as simple as you're not intense enough on the sets you are doing.....bottom line.....if you ever have done an H.I.T. type workout you'll understand what i mean......i can't go back to volume now because i have nothing left after just a few sets

you wimps don't have Tiger Blood.

trolls.

I work out twice a day.....WINNING

I run a marathon every weekend.....WINNING

I inject 10ml of steroids every day ....WINNING

I piss excellence.....WINNING

I usually do 10, 6-7, 3-4 reps, 3 sets per exercise. It's not that I can't stop doing sets, because usually I'am burned after my workout but I have a overall feeling of being pumped and already being up 9.5 pounds which puts me in a good mood making me want to lift again the next day. :coffee:

simple solution.....go home after training, wash your hands, and then surf internet porn.....when you're done, you'll be ready to relax lol

Even though wanting to workout all the time can be a good thing. Sometimes resting is just as important. Everything comes into play when you are trying to get the most out of your body. Sleep, Diet, training, rest, recovery and Supplements are all important factors. It is when you are at home resting and eating when you actually building your muscle. Training is just the catalyst. Training tears your muscles. Resting and proper diet build them up. I have been home from the gym for the last 3 and a half hours and I am finally starting to feel halfway normal. Sometimes your body's CNS is overwhelmed like the other guys said. My point is to live up to your body's full potential every aspect is important and even though you are not ate the gym you are still working towards your goal.

Call me a noob, but can you explain CNS is?

central nervous system

Central Nervous System.

Not saying do this but it's an interesting read: T NATION | Lesson in CNS Intensive Training

And man I'll be honest with you. As much fun as working out non-stop and that being the only thing you look forward to everyday, it's not good for you. You will get burnt out quickly. I've noticed more growth from increasing intensity, lowering number of total sets, and focusing on the big compound lifts. Or if you read the article, the ones that affect the CNS heavily.

Think about it, since you've been working out, have you really focused on the big lifts? I know I fell victim to the heavy isolation type stuff. I don't think it's that horrible because atleast I was in the gym and dedicated. But after some time you start to wonder how you can do things better. You're not going to add major pounds to the scale doing bicep curls. You need squats and deads. Stuff that works an entire area.

Just something to think about bro.

I used to workout 13/14 days, ahh memories :) now I barely have the time to go 2-3 times a week.

for me it's m/w/f only....i'm 37 in a couple weeks and i can get much better workouts by doing less and retain more size with all the extra rest now.....

If you mean by squats, dead, etc yes I put a lot of my focus into those lifts ever since I really knew what I was doing. I never try to isolate much.

As much as I want to go everyday, I won't. I was just saying that gear makes me a mad man and I look forward to it much more then before.

TIGER BLOOD!!! :mooh:

Tiger blood ain't got nothing on Charlie Sheens blood. He kills, skins and then drinks the tiger blood. Which of course I do the same thing. :winkfinger:

On a serious note, that guy is a total douche.

He may be a douche, but two and a half men was a good show. Can you believe that mother fucker was making 2 mill an episode?? holy FUCK

Retarded dude, was it 2? I thought it was 1.5, eitherway that is a shitload of money to spend on whores, drugs and steroids.

I have the same problem I've made some great progress but always want more but I know better than to push it.but the temptation is always there.

M/W/F has always worked well for me.
