Problems with March orders?

I've had success with them in the past but this past order is almost 3 months late. I also submitted tickets only to have them not respond and then delete them. Something's going on with them. The web site is up again but no customer service at all.

Mine as well ^. I ordered 12 days ago, and its still in the paid/processing stage. First order went well, got it within 3 weeks, hopefully this one picks up and ships.

I had them pick up the funds on march 15th and its still in processing and when I opened a ticket it mentioned the back order from feb. My guess is until everyone gets cleared up for feb then march orders won't start going out, if i am wrong a rep can state the status of march orders

march orders have a few extra day delays on going out and this is to prevent the shipping issues from Feb and to make sure those are all cleared out too. On top of that some are shipping and we cant update the status on the site fast enough. We are working as hard as we can for you all.

I ordered mine 1/30 still no package but if u write a ticket they will get back to with in a couple hours. They told me. Orders got stuck in the european hub. All have them been sent out already. They said the last of the february orders stuck there were sent out by last monday. Also they said they were very busy so the tracking numbers were all in the system yet to the back up but they working out it so if u write them give them time to get ur number and I know for a fact they ate g2g and that they always get back to those tickets fast

with all do respect...that honestly explains nothing. I am like them and have ordered on the 11th, and been paid/processing for about two weeks now. yet, you have orders being placed a week after mine and being shipped out already. Is it some sort of computer error on naps side that hasnt changed the status? I had them fix my address for me on the delivery one day after order, so its apparent theyre able to access my order and they did at a fast timely fashion. yet 4 days ago im told it will be shipped ASAP after 3 tickets and it hasnt changed

You are in the exact same situation as myself, same order times and I'm betting payment was collected on the 12th as well.

After numerous tickets and being told "it will ship as soon as possible" "it will go out any day now" it is still processing, yet others show shipped that placed orders a week after mine.

It sucks tbh and I feel you pain.

Finally after 15 days processing it has finally been shipped. LOL and I second ordered from another place too. lol ohh well atleast I have back up TestE

Me too...

Methinks that the old Genx customers are flooding Naps with orders. Thier good reputation pays off and I'm happy for Naps but the customers have to wait a little longer. Just a theory...?

P.S. it's worth the wait! I got my feb order that took a little over a month, but I got it. I already turned around and placed another one (that's been processing for a week now LOL). But I know it's all g2g.
