1st timer with naps..still patiently waiting..

The issue wasn't that the packages were held up here, but in Europe. Why all of a sudden would all these packages be held up in their hub? Hey man, I truly hope that you are right. I always spoke about naps in the HIGHEST REGARD... And I still want to... Shit, I wanna order again, but I am waiting for this package to arrive first... You read all these people saying how they have been waiting and it gets you worried....

When shipping from country to country such as the ones in Europe they can get held up all the same.. I get where your coming from though and it can be frustrating

i've waited 2 mnths for an order,i.ve also waited 14 days,,21 days,,i have 2 orders out as of right now,,i make an order every 2 -3 weeks,,since then i have had no real problems,,

I really feel for the OP waiting 9 weeks and no package.I submitted the WU info 2 days ago and was getting irritated that it still wasn't marked as shipped.......Oh boy.
Not really seeing their representative on this site being any help either.It's more like "shut up and wait".
I order stuff from eBay almost everyday from CHINA and it takes 20/25 days!
As per tracking info. If you have the number and it doesn't show in USPS, the package is still not in the country. You can use the country of origin's carrier (for China it's EMS) to check it. Also i noticed small packages (brown envelope) take longer to arrive for whatever reason.
I will look for a domestic source just for back-up. I can't wait 9+ weeks for my shit!

They are not the only supplier of GP and certainly not the only one with cheap prices. They're products are decent though.

If it isn't naps fault,then who's fault is it?...why is it when u go next door to the other board sponsors,and none of there jan,feb,march..orders were delayed..all of there packs have to go through customs just like naps have to..and guess what,they are always on time.if u stop and look at the post,u will notice nearly the front page is with angry people..coincidence...I think not..sorry,but I had to get that off my chest..

I didnt order with naps because of their speedy and fantastic customer service, i order with them because of quality and budget. I knew about wait times so i took precautions.

I also have tried to prepare myself for the wait, now i do think its odd that some companies have ur gear to you in 2-3weeks from over seas where as others take 8 weeks, but it is what it is. Ide rather make an order every 2-3weeks and stay stocked up on good quality good priced gear than pay 4x that amount and get it in a timely manner... just my .02 no disrespect to anyone

as i"ve stated in previous threads,,my first took 2 mnths and change,,during that wait i broke balls,,i got a reship,,2 weeks later i received my order,,2 weeks after that i got the reship!!!i had also put in another during all that ,,,since they have been coming in like clock work,,1 out of the 2 orders i have yet to receive is late,,but i know its coming,,and i already have enough for 6 mnths so it puts me on easy street..

Naps is refusing a reship cause shipments are still being made from Jan/Feb, GXR64 did give me both of my tracking numbers, but both are not in the system!

How can other companies get there products to the U.S.A. on a timely manner, but Naps can not? Do they litterly ship there orders on a boat lmfao! Or better yet a row boat!

Does Naps check out every new customer to make sure they are not DEA? Cause it seems to me the ones that are waiting the longest is the new customers!

I have been very polite and I am trying my hardest to not say negative things here on these boards, I gave myself 2 months to get these products to make sure my cycle would fall into place with my doctors visit and my blood test! Now I'm hearing you need to give yourself 6 months, I call BS! If I receive my order tomorrow it will make my cycle to the last day! So if I don't get it I have to wait for a little over 3 months to cycle the way I want to!

The gear is good but waiting this long, and no reply when you are a regular customer, is making me think twice about ever placing an order again. In my opinion a little respect goes a long way in every walk of life and I think that all most of us expect is an honest reply, especially when we are dropping hundreds of dollars at a pop.
