how many IUs of HGH to keep gains?

Zero. You're too young and have done zero research on it.

You give aas users a bad name. One day it's insulin and now it's GH. You've only done one cycle and zero amount of research. Clueless.
 
hGH is NOT an anabolic so "keeping gains" is going to be more related to the quality of your cycle that gave you those "gains" (e.g. if highly estrogenic - lots of water, short cycle, you might just be bloating up and then shrinking as soon as you come off), what you took and how well your diet & training continue to support those results. Really doesn't have much to do w/ GH. I'm also wondering why you're associating GH w/ starting your PCT? Never heard of that before. What's the logic behind it?

So apparently I bin edumacated:

igf1 (lr3/DES) can help a lot during PCT as nautral IGF1 production is supressed. :)

But I'd still question if you've got GH why would you wait until PCT to run it and not include it w/ your cycle to "improve gains".
