I am going to do my first cycle and would like to cover all my bases. Please let me know if I am missing anything or something is incorrect.
I have been competing in MMA for about 4 years. I recently turned pro and began training a lot more. I am mostly having trouble with my muscles recovering from 3 to 4 work outs a day. I also would like to add strength if possible. I would like to get a program together that I can use for 6 or 7 weeks during my training camp leading up to a fight.
I am 36 years old. Walk at 205 lbs and cut to 185lbs to fight. I train 3-4 times a day 6 days a week. I walk around 8% body fat will be below 4% when I fight. I lift 3 times a week and run 5 miles twice a week plus my mma training, wresting, striking and BJJ.
Week 1-6 between 50mg of anavar a day, leading right up to my fight, and a few days after for recovery.
Week 7 and 8, 20mg a day of nolvadex
Then let my body rest for 8 to 10 weeks, then back on cycle for training camp leading to next fight.
1) Age-36
2) Weight and Percent Body Fat 204lbs, 7%
3) Years of Consistent Training experience I was a D1 college athlete, took 7 years off and have been back training hard for 4 years.
4) Previous Cycle experience None
5) Training routine and Diet Diet is good, I train very hard 3 times a day. Wresting, striking, BJJ, strength and condition.
6) Cycle Goals Stronger, faster, better recovery between sessions leading up to fights.
Questions!
Blood work? What do I look for? I am going to do a deluxe panel form privatemd.com before I start. Anything else?
What is HRT?
Drinking alcohol? I will have a few drinks on the weekends if out with friends, is there going to be any reaction?
