a couple of questions about ec stack please.

should it be taken with food or eat something soon after, or taken on an empty stomach?

should it be taken until the desired result are met or for a certain length of time?

ok to train while on it, as long as my bpm are low enough?

can anyone answer those and/or provide additional advice - thanks if you can.

***take your first dose the second you wake up, wait 30-60 minutes then eat breakfast.
***take your other doses on an empty stomach as well, 30-60 minutes before you eat

Many studies done on EC or ECA stack went for 8 weeks or 12 weeks... after a certain amount of time it will run havoc on you Adrenals and when you stop you will suffer major fatigue and you metabolism will naturally return to normal. Personally I love to take a dose before training, some of the best workouts I've ever had were with a boost from a ECA dose.

If you haven't started yet, start slow and gradually build up to that dose 3x/day...there's no reason to jump right into that dosing scheme if you're just starting.

This is a Steroid forum though, you may have more luck in the Supplements or Diet forum.
 
Dude I think you need to eat more.

I'm 5'7" and start my competition cut at around 165-170 lb, and cut on 1750 cals. You're like 80 lb heavier and eating less than that on some days. Your body is not going to respond to continued starvation.

You need to eat to drop weight/fat.

EC - depending on how you're taking it - if you're literally building your own stack or if you bought some stim product - many products you can't take on an empty stomach. Try it and see if you can handle it. Otherwise if you're doing AM fasted cardio, then just eat 1/2 a grapefruit or 1/2 banana or something w/ the stim. You'd burn up the food you ate pretty quickly anyway.

As said above, it tends to work best when you cycle it. Depending on how it affects your ability to sleep, you can probably take it any time, including before training.
