Progress on Naps re-open day

Obviously we can appreciate the folk who are still awaiting arrival of their orders, and for what it's worth truly believe Naps will get them to you so have every faith. However, to you please appreciate also, there are folk who have experienced nothing but good with Naps service and have also received their orders in good time. Thus, are now eagerly anticipating Naps re-opening.

Do we have anything new on the date of re-opening ?

I was told in a thread by a Naps rep, they were expecting 2 weeks; this was 1 week ago.

Still feasible?

2 weeks I don't believe is out of the question. But the number one priority is getting packs to those that are owed, and that is the focus right now. But we all want the shop to reopen quickly, the sale is gonna be great!!

i have never ordered from naps, but i see people on this thread are having the same problems that we over at the EK thread are also having with late packs and some that go "missing". i looked around a bit, and found that they use the same shipper and from the same region.

It's a huge issue which has been resolved, but it really caused a mess. Like I have said, I'm a Naps customer first. I don't like waiting for stuff anymore then the next guy. And some have been waiting a LONG ass time, they deserve their stuff before someone who placed an order 2 weeks ago. Naps did the right thing and fixed the problem, but it still requires patience to get your stuff. Just because the issue was fixed on Monday does not mean your pack will come Tuesday. It still takes time to ship, clear customs, wait for weight loads for shipping to destinations, sorting, delivery etc.

But hopefully, packs start arriving this week coming up, faith is restored and guys can get their cycles going. Then we will all be happy.

Couldn't agree more, I mean if naps really wanted to screw everyone, they'd still be accepting orders with no intention of delivering 'em. I can't wait to see what the new shipping is like.

Pah, you're lucky Concorde is no longer flying or I'd demand that

I will be happy with the bog standard delivery as per norm tbh, 8 days I doubt that's beatable and if it is then that's a bonus

Will the delivery costs be the same or will they rise to account for the faster delivery turnaround?
