Hey

I'm currently try to bulk up without adding too much fat and need a bit off help with my supplements.. My diet is pretty decent and im just looking for that added extra bit of help.

My current list

Animal once a day
Max's Super whey 40g protein 3g fat 6carbs X3
No xplode X1 before training session

I train 6 times a wk with each session going for 45-60min

Any help would be awesome

Thanks

your results will come from your diet, not supplements. that being said, stay on the basics since u seem to be a newb.

creatine, protein, BCAA, fish oil, multi

Bump what R1balla said. Make sure your diet has plenty of lean meats, and try adding creatine mono, whey protein, and BCAA's to the mix. Check out Orbitnutrition.com as they have all you'll need supp wise. Good luck bro!

If you take carb/glycogen replacing supps then try out Chain'd Reaction. Induces some amazing fullness and pumps throughout the day. That or Vitargo

CR would be a great addition. I'd say it beats out vitagro pretty easily.

Obviously the diet is the most important part to training... Try to keep the fats throughout the day around 60 to 80g and make sure you have less the 10g pre and post workout. Baseline supps are creatine, aminos (leucine), multi, fish oil, and one other thing I would add is a test booster like Prime. Overall nothing crazy, just smooth sailing.

Exactly the above mentioned however I should add on a side note that training with only one days rest a week would not be the prudent approach for trying to bulk up. The best results for me in terms of gaining muscle mass came from workout programs that incorporated at least 3 rest days a week and a mentality that along with the muscle mass will come some fat gains which later can be eliminated through cutting. Keep that in mind.

Eat clean, train hard, and don`t forget to rest, supplements are the icing on the cake, stick to the basics mentioned above.

yeah you need more rest. more gym time doesnt mean more growth unless you juice. try DC training unless you are a newb. 5x5 is good also
