I am thinking of adding some BCAA supps. I am clean bulking and am already taking in more than 1 gram of protein per lb of my body weight.
I am cycling off stims right now and am dragging in the gym a bit. I am looking for a little extra boost for my workouts. I am think of getting ON superior Amino 2222.
I know pre and post workout is good to take these. Should I be taking these at any other time of the day?
Do I even need these if my diet is spot on?
