Obviously in this game, shit happens. Somethings are just out of your control. I think the (silent) majority here believes Naps is trying their best to make good on the orders. Shutting down isn't what a scammer would do.
But the part where you went wrong is the repeating "packs our on their way, give it two more weeks". Saying this when it isn't true serves no purpose but to enrage those of us who check our mail box each day with great anticipation. Since the packs weren't actually on their way the lie becomes obvious. And when it plays out the same way over and over again every two weeks it just becomes more insulting. And if you weren't sure whether or not they shipped, you should have stayed silent on it until you were.
If instead you just said, "shit happened, we're working on it as hard as we can, no idea when packs will go out" then we all could have moved along and made other arrangements. We don't need to know what happened, it isn't our business. Instead we've been stringing along, some for many months, thinking our cycle will start in just a couple weeks.
Now it seemed like last week sometime, word was something like "finally expensive arrangements were made, their finally on their way". I would have expected a couple packs to start trickling in by the end of this week though but it doesn't look like they are.
So how about an honest answer to this. Can the Reps/Naps guarantee that the orders are actually on the way this time? Or is it possible their may be more delays?
