Well I put in for an address change since the order shipped out 4 months after it was placed. Adming never changed the address in the system and it went to not only the wrong address, but I live in a diff state now (1000+ miles away). The dumb ass postal workers held the pack for only 5 DAYS then sent it back to sender. Thought I forgot to put in a forward for the alternate ID, turns out I had a forward in for that name, and lazy postal worker didnt forward my pack. When I called though they said that one of the 2 packs was still there. What sucks is the one returned to sender was worth $1000, and the one I caught in time to get forwarded is worht a measly $100 or so. I did everything I was told to get the pack to the right place 1. put in a address change request (didnt happen). 2.Put in a forward (dumb ass postal workers sent it back). Somehow this is my fault and I am not entitled to a reship accrording to admins last email. As I understand it even once the pack is returned to sender they wont reship it. I dont get it. I am hoping maybe there is some language barrier with the admin responding to my tickets, cause I should get a reship once the pack is returned... Hell I will pay for shipping if again. Hell I will pay $100 to reship it thats $1000 of gear.
