tracking number question

I'm curious how the trackin g numbers work.....is a number only issued once the package enters the US? I'm at 15 days since shipped and they don't have a tracking number for it yet. Does this mean it didn't make it through customs?

Sometimes your package will show and the tracking number still says its preparing to be shipped. If you ordered from Naps then your pack should be showing up any day now just be patient.

I'm trying to be patient, but after reading all about these quick deliveries and still can't even get a' tracking number.....its just aggravating. I have complete faith that it'll eventual get here.

Tracking numbers are usually given 15 business days after shipping. Most suppliers don't like giving them out for security, some people don't know what not to post on an open forum.

Well id rather hear that they have a tracking number and don't want to give it out for security reasons than to hear we don't have one. I guess I'm just spoiled by using domestic in the past.

True, many don't realize they are risking it for themselves & others by doing this.

It's normal to be worried, but it will get here, hang in there.
