I have friends and there's friends do it aswel, they buy so much sups they think it's the best way let me tell you I have 1 whey 1mutivit 1 fish oil 1 fiber that's all! Maybe even liver sup just o help my whey last me for 2 month I. Use 1 scoop after workout that's it! Don't buy everything you see

I like ammino acids, I used to get extremely sore after a workout and it would last 1 or 2 weeks sometimes. Since I've been taking amminos and whey after each workout the sore feeling lasts only hours. I buy a whey that has amminos and thats all I really need. To be honest having a routine is really more motivating.

Yeah sometimes I feel the same way, who cares, lets just get along,share experiences, learn from each, and lets get BIG!!

Heres what I use, in order from most important.

1- whole foods
2- egg protein
3- BCAA with glutamine
4-Fish oil and Liv 52
