What would be my best course of action for very recent onset gyno. I've already discontinued the aggravating med. Is this too late to treat without surgery?

This is absolultely NOT related to using any gear. Discovered my very tender left nipple a few days ago. Now I can't stop thinking about it, and it's driving me CRAZY thinking I may have permanent gyno. I've heard once past a certain point, it can only be treated surgically, and I fear I might be past that point...

My left nipple is hard, puffy, and has the dreaded "disc" shape, meaning when I squeeze the nipple, it doesn't squeeze completely as there is a hard disc shaped gland between my fingers. I do hope this can go away either on its own, or with some supps, but NOT surgery.

I appreciate any good advise. Are DIM capsules effective for this?

Your glands are irritated and prbably inflamed.

Most people will tell you to run nolvadex or arimidex or letrozole, but these products can also further aggravate (nolva) or increase risk of rebounding (arimidex/letrozole) once off and you will be right back at point A.

I would like to see you run a 8-12 week course of DHT -- as in AndroHard v3, as it is the highest milligram per serving DHT product currently available.

DHT does not always knock gyno out completely but will force the reaction to go dormant and shrink down. You would also get some side benefits as well due to the androgenic nature of the product.

I would run some post cycle therapy products after using since some hpta function would be impeded to a certain extent.

Matt, you don't think letro therapy would work?

yes and so would nolva, there's some good things in the andro and that whole product line but its way overpriced. Haven't priced letro lately but tomox you can pick up for half the price of that andro hard on and know its going to be effective....now how effective for as much as it seems to be set it remains to be seen. 8yrs back or so I was in the same boat you are and tomox did the job easily.

Yeah, feels just like it. Itchy, irritated, inflamed. Sucks

Thanks, had no idea those drugs could exacerbate the issue. More reason to avoid.

Okay, but what about other types of recommended supplements... DIM, etc.? Since this is a recent onset, can this heal on its own or with some gentle nudging... or is it critical to jump straight into DHT supp.?
