Help with Blood Test results (TRT is in trouble)

Hi Folks,

I am 49 yr old male who has been doing a low does of Test E (TRT) for a yearand need help getting the following #???s back to the normal ranges. Can any ofyou help me or advise where to look to get help?

Hematocrit 51.3 High
BUN 25 High
BUN/Creatinine Ratio 24 High
Testosterone Serum 937
LH 0.1 Low
FSH 0.2 Low
Estradiol 38.2

how long on trt, what's dose?

do you live at high elevation/ have sleep apnea...or both?
you are dehydrated or kidney function is not so great. or or both
test isn't bad(if you truly are taking a low dose)
lh/fsh are low from trt... get some hcg and nolva... or clomid
estradiol isnt't too bad

any estrogen sides?

Ok bro your cool. Best way to fix these numbers is simple. For Hematocrit go give whole blood once a month, and that will keep those levels in check, also take 2000mg vitamin c a day that can help also with other things too. You may have been dehydrated some when you took the test, i had my numbers come back high on bun and creatinine turns out i ate a meal and didnt drink enough water that morning. re- tested and was great. Up your water intake. Your test levels are prime, and at a great spot imo. Estradiol is in check but on the higher side. I would add .5 mg adex eod in their and that should take it down into optimum ranges, but that is up to you. Your lh and your fsh are normal when dosing test and honestly bro you should have known all of this if your gonna be doing trt. Its your responsibility. I wouldnt use nolva or clomid as i have learned from heavy they will raise estro and in combination with hcg wouldn't be a good addition. I would use 500iu hcg 2x a wk and .5 adex eod and adjust adex as needed. if your shut down you could blast the hcg for a couple days but be aware it will bring up estro. STUDY!!! good luck

Give blood ASAP to avoid a stroke.

Stay WELL hydrated. 1.25 gallons water daily.

Might bring E2 down a bit with an AI.

T levels look great and dialed in for TRT.

^^^^bump. You can also low dose aspirin daily, everyone should. Also you can donate whole blood more often by using unrelated banks or lower test a bit your # is in the high end for your age.
