Fuck a bunch of bitches as trainers, correction, fuck a bunch of trainers period. All the so called trainers in every gym I've ever been in are a waste of time. They never train anyone with an ounce of muscle, it's the same old shit, they got some soccer mom doing 5lb curls in the squat rack while their gym bag is setting on the nearby flat bench. They carry around the training log, stinking like they took a Calvin Klein cologne bath while texting on the cell phone, yawning the whole time while Mrs. Fatbitch flails around with like she's having an epileptic seizure. Or maybe I'm wrong and that's just the tren talking.

It aint the tren bro, it's the passion..Alot of the same shit at my gym..I hit the gym like a mutherfuck..like i'm on a mission and aint got time to talk to anyone..matter of fact i think i spoke to one dude the whole whole 9 months i've been working out..i was doing cardio the other day and this 60ish year old bitch got on the machine next to me and stunk like a french whore on the riveria...qualking at my like she could just eat me alive..so you can imagine how long my cardio session lasted..

ive been gym whoring (working out at another gym)
new gym has heaps better gear, tons more free weights, but the personal trainers are a joke, they push people to do shit they cant do, ive seen them try, they are taking phone calls, texting, chatting with friends etc etc its pathetic lmao
