How do you know it's bunk? Did you have a different order make it through customs? Post up some lab work supporting your claim.
 
there are recent labs posted on this board, by several members testing gear they received as test samples (omega I believe) from this vendor, they all failed miserably .
 But don't take my word for it, you should be able to look it up unless lab results are no longer readable here.

OP - What not take the complaint to the ASF for a discussion, who knows maybe they will re-send to you. Going about it this way is going to lead you to getting what you already have.

Customs does test it to see if its what it says and if its AAs they would seize it. But mex sells the bd shit right ?
 
did they send you a letter stating this, if so post it in the labs section thats important info.
 
That's kind of scary that they tested and actually sent you the bunk oil. I would figure that now you will need a second address and different name as you are marked now...
 
I had mine stopped and tested and they found queso..and sour cream...neither of which I had ordered...
And they charged me 50cents for each.!
