Romney is used to that altitude because he keeps the windows down in his plane.
The first time I was in Denver we had drove there from Vegas and I was asleep while my husband drove down the mountain into Denver. I woke up crying because of the pressure in my ears. I don't think what we saw was that though because by the time we got in the hotel etc I was fine. I think Obama just stayed back and let Mitt hang himself, which he did. Sooooooo many news stories today about how much of Mitt's statements are pure horseshit.

People just need to stop being Lazy... Period... Can't get a job ask your self what do I do every day.
What minutes do I waste... What could I have done with that time... How could I have bettered my self. Do I need to play that many video games, do i need to smoke that weed, do I need to sleep in late.. Those are questions that they need to ask...
Then ask your self this what can I do to get that job.. What do I do to become more competitive...
Then you Apply it EVERY DAY until you have that job. You wake up at 5am to make sure your clothes are pressed and you look your best. If you don't have a car you wake up earlier because you may need to walk... Then you get to work looking for a job... You may have to work for free as an interm before you make your money, but that is the price of success...
Watch the movie pursuit of happiness.. That is how you bust your ass to get a job.

i'm familiar with the movie but i also have seen town with literally no friggin jobs. tons of men going back to school etc but in the interim the families legitimately need help.
if ONLY everyone looking for a job was some kind of near genius. 
the people who feel that care taking is not the role of the government are the ones most likely to donate, their time, money, services, and resources to helping others out. The ones on the other hand who feel it is the governments job are LESS likely to give of themselves. Got to be a fucking clue

dear god.... hard working people in this country are still poor in many communities because minimum wage is allowed to be so low it is not a livable wage.

dear lordie.... im not talking about minimum wage, construction jobs are not hard to get, they pay well. There are plenty of examples.. You dont necessarily have to be flipping burgers at mcdonalds just because you dont have an education.

^^^ ruffing is a very high paid job and is in high demand right now. I am a firm believer if you want to make money you have to to work hard and can not rely on the gov't. I put honestly close to 80% of my pay and worked a second job as a trainer for first 4 years in the Navy and then put 60% of my pay away for the rest of the time, working part time as a bouncer. I didn't do this cause I needed money I did this because I wanted to save 80k so I can go into business with a land owner and plan almond trees on his property. I made allot of sacrifices and had no social life, but shit I have no training at all just knew I wanted to be rich. My best friends dad is a billionaire, owned every cheveron in my local community and I asked him how did YOU build it. He said he saved EVERY cent he had and did not waste his money on consumable items he did not need.

that was a great movie, but there are very few people on welfare if anyone at all that have the drive and determination of Will Smith's character in that movie.

Hell, 10% of that guy's drive and determination would go a long way.
in this economy it's great IF you have that option and don't live there forever to avoid taking responsibility for yourself as an adult.
many don't have that option as they try and move upwards and instead have to scramble to pay rent and utilities which is ridiculously hard in most areas and takes a huge chunk out of a person's options.
ok ag so i'll say it.... some of the crazy assed people on welfare i would rather pay to stay on it than have to work with them. i worked with a really fat woman once and could smell her ass.
