New here, but 29 years training. Need advice

1) Age 41

2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 205lbs/15.5%

3) Years of Consistant Training experience Sometimes life gets in the way but fairly consistent. I've been in many Magazines as a Fitness Model.

4) Previous Cycle experience Age 21 Cyp 400 a week about 4 on 4 off 4 on. Gained 50lbs. Age 22 tried Anadrol half a pill a day of whatever strength was around then, too long to remember. did it for 2 weeks. Turned me into superman, a DICK and dropped my bodyfat.

Recently wanted to try VAR turned out to be Dbol I think (go ahead and start bashing me, I deserve it.) I was gaining quite of bit of weight and felt AMAZING but it is not what I wanted.

Got some BD 50s Started with one a day then moved to 2 a day. I'm told they run more like 35 per pill instead of 50. I was able to work out harder, but even though my diet was about 95% good I was not dropping any Bodyfat. I stopped and felt like crap. working out became a chore. I still keep at it, but its tough. My blood sugar drops as soon as I start training.

5) Training routine and Diet At 41 a host of injuries I tend to light, lots of reps with 10 seconds between sets. I've dropped many a big guy with my routine. Love Squats, cleans, kettlebells. I think I do to much HIIT to be gaining muscle though. As for diet I have trouble eating enough.

6) Cycle Goals I would like a bit more muscle, but shredded is the key.

I'm so out of the loop I didn't even know you guys called it gear. My source is a guy who gets just what ever he can. Not that reliable, can't get what I need unless he is lucky and I don't even think he knows what is real. PCT doesn't exist to these guys. Don't know where to go for a source. So many people online with wonderful websites, but all seems like crap. Some of these forums are set up by people selling their supps claiming they are as good as sauce (that is what I used to call it) I just don't know who to trust.

I have the BD 50s still. I think the problem was I needed test. I got some blood work done for something else and my T is low. I'm going for another test in a week. I will post all the results when I get them from the Doctor.
 
Guess I really didn't ask anything. what happened to my Var only cycle? I really do want to do it right this time? Add Test? What PCT?
 
man no offense you are 41 and most advice here will come from teens or 20 years old, i think you should be wise enough to consult a sports medicine expert and get an appointment with him most of what you get on the internet is bullshit when it comes to such matters, at least that's what i would do, there is no cheap way when it comes to my health. Besides you seem to do fine on your own at 205 and 15% bodyfat i don't think it can get any better.

What the fuck is up with you being against steroids? Every fucking post of yours is the same bullshit over and over saying how steroids are evil. If you haven't noticed this is the ANABOLIC ZONE where we fucking talk about anabolics.

If you're against chemical enhancement, go to a fucking knitting forum.

And what the fuck does age have to do with knowledge? There are plenty of pretty young guys here that are knowledgeable.

This forum is all about using things properly and as safely as possible. If you cant see that, I honestly feel bad for you.

In my opinion, test is the foundation for damn near any cycle. to help you out some here is what im running

week 1-8 test e 500mg
week 9-12 test e 750mg
week 1-4 super dmz 2.0 2caps daily for kickstart
week 9-12 dbol 50mg daily
week 9-12 tren ace 100mg eod


aromasin 12.5mg starting on day 1 and adjusting accordingly all the way through pct

PCT starts on week 15

running clomid 100/100/50/50

Before you cycle, you need to figure out your low t situation with your doc. You're 41 and if you have low t, a doc should definitely put you on on trt. Good thing about being on trt, you wont need to worry about pct.

Once that is figured out, you can start thinking about a cycle. Now seeing as how you havent really done a proper cycle before, we can consider this as sort of a first cycle for you but since you do have some experience with anabolics, it can be a little more than the standard test only first cycle.

Cutting or bulking is all about diet and training. yes some compounds are more geared towards either cutting or bulking but ultimately in the end diet is what determines the results.

a few options:

#1

weeks 1-8 test prop 150mg eod inj
weeks 3-8 var @ 100mg ed

Ai: aromasin @ 12.5mg-25mg ed

Or arimidex @ 0.5mg eod

Pct: depends on your trt, if no trt:

Clomid 100/75/50/50
aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5


#2 this is a bit more advanced and longer cycle, also you'll have more mass gains on it.

1-12 test e or c @ 500mg split into 2 inj per week
1-4 IML sdmz 2.0 @ 2 caps ed(this is strong stuff)
9-12 IML halo extreme @ 3-4 caps ed( this is basically tbol, great for hardening up at the end of a cycle)

AI, like in option 1

Pct, like in option 1 but starts 2 weeks after last test inj.


These^^^are some options I see that could work well for you, read and research everything before making any decisions though.

Yeah Notmy, IMHO a lot of that is your age. After 40 your natural Testosterone is in the basement. Some guys our age claim that even with Test Replacement older guys don't respond as well ? If your gonna do it make it a good old fashioned Test cycle, and go atleast 500 per week. Other than that its just diet, diet, diet. Good luck, keep workin !!
 
I had someone suggest Tren/Mast/Prop. Researching it now. At work everyone will notice if I suddenly get big. I go off a diet and everyone talks about my weight gain. A little extra size while I shred under my clothes should be good. I want to make sure I do everything right this time. Don't want to lose it all after and gain a ton of fat. I've been in shape all my life and been in lots of magazines. I just don't want to grow up yet.
Cyp would give me huge gains plus bloat. I know you guys will hate me for saying it but I"m not looking for a ton of extra muscle. I'm 205 now. Lose some fat gain some muscle and be at 200 would be cool.
 
Plus for some reason my sex life is in the Stratosphere. Life's cosmic joke. Suddenly have low T and a bit of belly fat. You can still see my abs a bit, but I'm not used to it. Been very careful all my life. I start to gain fat and I stop eating.
 
I would just do some thing simple..

Test E 750 weekly
Mast 75 eod
Var 75mg ed

Aromasin 12.5 ed

Then run that for 12 weeks and the orals for 8 weeks

Cruise on 300mg of test. Wait a bit get blood work and make sure every thing looks good and start another blast. Maybe try tren.
 
you should try and see a doctor that will treat your low test. you'll get real gear and not ugl which will either be low dose or bunk.
 
Going for blood tests next week. I don't think it was just from getting older. I was sick for a bit and it took a plunge then. It seems to be coming back. We'll see.
