I have been getting mine from CEM for a while now. when ever I am ordering some peptides or AI's (normally at same time) I toss in an order of pins and I am good for the year.
I live in Canada now, never had an issue.
Tthey are legal anyway so I don't see what there would be an issue. but the pharmacy never seems to stock them (other then slin pins) so its a hassle to have to have them order it in, then pick it up and still pay more than you should most of time. So I just get it online now.
