I am a 36 year old male 5' 8". Worked out for 4 years and went along way. Went from 151.5lbs to a mostly cut 189. this made me look me look like a different person(better). I loved it. About a year ago i flipped my truck several times. I was awake the whole time. That's some scary chit man. I ended up upside down and I thought it might blow up so i was in a panic trying to get out. I was looking for my knife to cut the seat belt but everything in there got tossed around couldn't find it. The seat belt would not release, stuck. I managed to slip out from it and got about ten feet away from my truck(which was in a million pieces)and then passed out in the middle of road. This was out in the country. Anyways I broke my neck and my back. I dropped to 135lbs during recovery. That's right i lost everything everything.I was so week i couldn't open a 20 ounce bottle of coke but i did everything in my power and its been very difficult but I am strong again and weigh 177. Cool huh. My goal originally was to gain 50 lbs of muscle and that has never changed. Ill get it done. I look forward to learning and sharing info to get where we want to be. 2 heads are better than one and we got a lot more people than that. Word
