Good Afternoon Everyone, So im new to the site and the world of PH's. I'm really thinking about giving halo extreme a run. I'm 5'8 165ish 15% 24yrs old. Looking to lean out and gain some power. From searching different forms it looks like most people recommend running it for 6 weeks at 75/75/75/75/75/75 or higher. next is what to run it with and how to space everything out is were im fuzzy at. i cant really find what combo of sups ppl are running with it. The only thing i have seen is the stack from one of the sites. Can anyone help me out with this.
Also my diet will be in check roughly 2000 Cals, P-250, C-170, F-40. As for the gym i do 6 says straight, push/pull/lower body i do 40 reps at 10RM then 5,3,2 followed with a drop set. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks for your time.
