march 15th....Great training tonight...Weighed in at a lean 287 lbs...Right on target for my goal of 280 lbs for my 330 mile journey May 16th...Arm measurements are still 21 so i havent lost any muscle...Giggidy!........

Today i was given a very special gift from my Native American Brother...It is a gift that can only be handed down by an Indian...I will always protect, honor, cherish and display this gift in my cabin for all to see...And i will always protect, honor, and cherish our Brotherhood...I call very few men my Brother, but i would glady walk into battle with this one Brother anyplace anytime...This gift has answered a question for me about my coming journey...I now know i have a connection to the Great Mystery and will return from my journey with gifts and visions...Maybe then in my own mind i will have truly earned this reward.
 
When i left the gym tonight i ran into the grocery store and bought a gallon of 100%cranberry juice for my ride home...When i was walking back to my jeep through the parking lot guzzling my bottle of red cranberry juice i noticed people were going out of their way not to get to close to the big wild haired bearded guy drinking a bottle of red stuff...When i got to my jeep the suv next to me had 2 dudes and 2 girls and they all locked their doors...They all must of thought i was a wino on steroids?...LMBDIAO!
 
Alot of people tell me "Gino your 44 years old man you need to take it easy be careful dont train so hard dont hurt yourself"..."Gino 330 miles is a unrealistic goal for a big man your age things can go wrong you could end up in trouble out there"...I know half of these people truly care for me and worry about me but they dont understand that i worry about them even more because they have given up......They have let age dictate their path in life for them, and that path leads straight to the couch and TV remote...I cant go out like that...The other half of these people tell me these things because they aint never done a dam thing in life, and they only want to see others fail...They try to fill our heads with their own weak coward ass thoughts so we can fail like they did...Misery loves company...Well guess what i aint gonna be careful to the point that it stunts my progress EVER, and i aint EVER gonna take it easy, i like HARD DAM WORK, no great accomplishment in life ever comes by taking it easy...People who take it easy are in the fast food drive throughs, in the bars or on the couch with their TV remote and weight and health problems...Ill take HARD DAM WORK over that crap anyday...I advise all my friends to do the same its a much more rewarding life...Dont let nobody take your goals or dreams from you EVER!...Get out there and make it happen!...Im heading out to the gym right now to do some HARD DAM WORK!...GET SOME!

I actually liked his stuff on his page KOS

you can't say the dude isn't unmotivated or unkind

I think if he took a good look at why he felt the need to constantly challenge he'd see where he's made some mistakes in the past and not go forward with those same mistakes

A very good Native American friend who i consider a brother invited me to his familys land and he and some tribal elders presented me with an eagle feather...An eagle feather is a very important gift/reward in Indian culture.

I may be wrong since ive been punched in the head so many times, but i took this as a compliment and it really is close to my true attitude in the real world...I try to live a good positive life and help others when i can...This may sound strange but i learned alot about myself those 4 years in prison and it actually helped me change my life...The last 13 years as a free man has been very good years.

I don't think that I would be advertising that one.
The Feds have very strict requirements as to who can own/possess an Eagle feather
100k fine and a year in jail is the penalty for a requirement first violation.

Not on tribal land...Ive been to pow wows and have seen them wearing head dresses filled with eagle feathers.

Native Americans may possess Eagle feathers for ceremonial use.
A Pow Wow, is ceremonial.

Once again, someone that is not Native American needs to be very be careful to not advertise that they posses an Eagle feather.
An Eagle feather is a sacred object, not something to be put above the mantel as a display and bragged to friends about.
Regardless if it was gifted or not.
In addition to the feds to some in the Indian community it may cause an issue if a non native is using an Eagle feather as a display object to be shown off to friends.

Well it was given to me by them...And im not worried about the law kicking my door in for a feather hanging on my wall...Besides im in the wilderness.

I appreciate your concern, but it is considered an insult to not display a gift like that by the Native American people..It is a sacred gift that is not to be hidden in a draw, and it is never to touch the floor...It is sacred and is to be treated as such...Displayed with honor.
