Supplement Review

Guys time for a new and helpfull topic called supplement review. I have been contacting all the suppliers and brands over the last week and have obtained quite a few samples of various supplements. Samples include Australian and American brands and include protein samples and pre-post workout drinks. As they are only samples i will review each one and tell you what i think based on my criteria.
For protein samples i will base my criteria on
1) Taste
2) Mixability
3) Digestion
4) Star rating out of 5. 5 for best and 1 or none for worst.

Pre-workout drinks.
1) Taste
2) Mixabilty.
3) Digestion
4) Noticeable pump
5) Vascularity
6) Strength improvement
7) Endurance or lactic acid improvement
8) Recovery

Note-I will be doing comparisions on ingredients, to compare the quality of the proteins eg, WPC ratio and WPI ratio's if possible. On workout drinks i will include if any caffeine is in the product as well.

Any other products sent out will be reviewed as well. eg fat burners, rtd's, bars and cereals.
No i am not a scientist or lab rat but understand what i have to, i have over 15 years training and supplement experience and have used everything from Dessicated Liver to Vanadyl Sulphate so you will get unbiased opinion's.

The Dungeon has to me all ways been friendly. Its been only differing opinions with some members who are not here now. On saying this it was there imaturity or personal problems that brought on the attention they recieved. That is the reason some people are banned from so many forums. We dont need that here. It does sometimes feel like there are only so many guys actively posting here. But these are the guys who are actively keeping this great forum great. As with most forums there are the lurkers who dont post. I ask these guys if you have any questions or have something to share post it up. There are no stupid questions just stupid answers. I have made many friendships here and i feel respected here.

Must be noobs, i check the traffic on my supplement review thread daily and i am very surprised and humbled as to how many people are reading what i post up about supplements. I owe a thanks to those that read it. The other thing we may not know is who exactly is lurking. I am constantly sending info to supp company owners and reps etc to get products to review. I also send links to the site and this traffic is adding to my supplement review thread. Supplement company owners both here and abroad are showing great interest in my thread and this great site which i hope then brings more new members and guest's. I also mention on other forums what i do here with my thread. Provided these lurkers are seeing positive things here the ID base can only grow. The future is supplements, that is where the consumers money is and this is the sole reason i try to ensure what i consume is something you would consume. Its all accountability and credibility when it come to supplements. My recipe must be working. The basics of a very good forum was already here before i joined up. This is the first forum i joined and still the best.
