Yeah, it's cleaned up a bit, but it's still a place where you can get shot for wearing the wrong apparel (such as NY sports clothing). Nor is it s a place where you should go after dark. Hell, I did that when I was 15. It did not go well.

Compton only chilled since them Mexican gangs took over, they cut the negros lawns during the day and shoot ducks at night, they call them ducks because of the way the walk. but for a while they would shoot you just for being black, and not cause you were in a gang. I had undercover cops pull me over in watts and tell me to get the fuck out I'm in a bad neighborhood that was like 20 years ago, haven't been there since. I could tell you some crazy ass stories.

Black people can use the term "non-black" if they'd cared to. They probably should. It'd be much shorter than saying, "Intelligent, civilized, prosperous, and technologically advanced people."

Yes, they do. And so does India. And many other parts of the world. The areas in Africa least touched by Europeans, such as the Congo, are the worst places in a shitty place.
