the thing with yates is he is a VERY intelligent man, where allot of other BB's need to rely on trainers to break everything down for them. Preist is also a guy i wouldnt mind training with, hes been out of the sport for a long time and still looks amazing.

The guys just a freak of nature. If i can train with any one though it would probably be John Meadows. Hes not a top IFBB but that guy trains many of them and probably one of the smartest guys I know about training principles.

Gonna have to agree with Jay here. The man has alot of knowledge. His principles on lifting are solid. Used to follow a more generalized program till I read his book and some of his articles on HIT. And 5 years later I'm still making gains, although kinda tapered off since the initial has worn off.
