Hey guys. Been looking into this and have some questions.

Does hgh suppress natural test production?

Do you pct after hgh?

Do natural hgh levels bounce back after you stop pinning?

Possible sides?

I know you can cycle test while on... But do you pct after you stop test and continue hgh?

What to avoid on hgh.

Anything else important you think I should know throw it in there. Thanks in advance.

YES. THEY NEVER DECREASE

As for what to avoid while on HGH, Well that depends on your goals with HGH, Muscle Growth? Fat Loss? Hyperplasia? General Health?

For example if your taking GH for fat loss purposes, you would want to refrain from any Proteins or Fats for at least the first 1.5 Hours before re introducing them. As eating protein and fats can stop the Free Fatty Acid (FFA )release which in turn will allow you the most optimal conditions to burn fat quicker. Generally doing HIIT 45 min after injection FASTED, will yield great results.

Also dosing protocols vary from goal to goal, from ed injects, to 3-4 times weekly, to 2 times daily.

Rather let me rephrase that.... What can you expect at say 4iu a day 2iu am and 2iu a hour after gym

asking what to expect from someone you will not get a good result. Because everyones results are different and you may get lower grade hgh compared to some one running a better quaility hgh. Then genetics play a role..

No not at all, Hgh can be effective, but used solely will only improve recovery, mood, aid in fat loss energy and so on. Inducing the splitting of cells is where anabolics come into play to help grow your new cells into more mass.

4iu per day for 6 months will yield okay results if used correctly, where you take advantage of the ffa and do cardio, then again post workout for an increase in recovery and protein synthesis.

Do not dose 3 hour before bed, as when you sleep you will be getting yet another pulse of natural pituitary release. Further enhancing your experience.

But again WHATS ARE YOUR GOALS! Lol

It would take years to accomplish with GH what you could do with gear in a few months......and that is pushing it.

What you can expect from that dose is not much at all. Some fat loss if your diet is dialed in, better sleep, better skin and a "better mood".

For the cost of GH (and all of the bad sources) not running it with gear is a waste for a younger guy (less than 30).
 
I am not really planning on running it. I mean MAYBE I will but not now. More than anything I'm just curious because I know about most compounds but not hgh. So only way to learn is to ask.
I'm actually just gearing up for a short cycle in the next month or two but the. Again maybe ill just wait until off season at this point cause its so late in the season. MAN IDK WHAT THE FUCK IM DOING LOLOL!

Over analyzing and over complicating things can be easy to do. My advice to you would be to utilize cycles and compounds you know work well for you, dial your diet and get into a habit. Then you will know 100% when your ready to take the next step into GH/Slin/Peps along side aas.

If your just hankering to try new protocols, look into peptides, or try run n gun cycling. Experiment until you find what you most like, and what you can handle.

My last cycle took me a year to recover my natty t. Deca... Never again lol.
Right now I am at 16%bf and been out of the gym for monthssss. So I gotta get back and get going again. I don't think it would be a bad idea for me to run anything RIGHT NOW correct? Long story short life started to fall apart all around and had to focus on other things but its time to get back and go hard.. I hate the way I feel. Anyway this isn't a fuckin therapy session.

Lol no problem, this forum is like a therapy session daily.

It is very possible, but their are many determining factors.
How old are you?
What did your cycle and pct look like in your last run you had trouble recovering from?
 
You can get more out of GH then AAS....but not at 4-6ius ed......

If the correct protocol is used with GH at a 10iu ed min dose....you can grow...but 15-20ius ed is more were the big gains come in..along with the addition of a few peptides....its all about how you use it...not just take it and wait..

Anavar 40mg day last 6 weeks

Stopped deca 3 weeks before last pin.

No ai

It's all a blur now cause I tried so many things over the course of a year. Ultimately the solution was

Hmg 75iu day for two weeks
Hcg 2500iu wk for two weeks
Then...
Clomid 50/25/25/25
Test booster
Aromasin 12.5mg eod

Haven't ran my levels since. But I'm fucking like a rabbit again and it's been mos so I guess that's a good sign. Lol.
My last run of bloods before my pct above is attached.

FYI after that cycle I did nothing but read and learn. I didn't know wtf I was doing. Had a friend walking me thru it and he had to go away for a while and i was left not knowing wtf to do. So i learned o. The net on my own. School of hard knocks... trial and error for one year. IT SUCKED. Now I teach my endo what to do lol. No bs. Now it's become like a hobby to learn and stuff. But I'm tired of designing stacks and shit for my friends. I gotta start working on me again now that all my bs has blown over.

I had also been lifting 5 days a week for two years prior to that. My end result is my pic in my profile. I don't look like that now lmao. I've "rounded" lol it sucks
 
i know this is a old thread, saw your comment about wanting kids and wanted to chime in.

Two buddies, one an amateur bber and one a top in the nation powerlifter have both had healthy kids post and during usage of gear. my buddy thats a power lifter just had his second child, and he has not cycled off of AAS completely in 4 years.....

i think you will be okay from one past cycle with pct brother
