I've exclusively used two sources since i got into this game. Not being biased but i just happen to not like change. I'm a loyal customer by nature. You will never seen walk into a McDonalds because i love Wendys.
Website was very professional & easy to navigate. No bugs i notice which is huge for me. A lot of guys don't think . . . If a source can't afford a damn good website then you should question their product.
Communication was awesome with reps especially DieselJimmy. He promptly answered my PMs, not all but i do admit i was getting a bit fking annoying so that's on my part not his. As far as communication between the source itself. I got a speedy response after placing the order. I never emailed them since DieselJ was taking care of me. With my experience with sources, you don't have to expect an email every damn day. It's not Walmart or Macy's where you email them & in 24 hours you get a BS response. I got an email with an update & i'm happy
T/A was very damn impressive.
Packaging very impressive, similar to my other sources which i was very happy about.
OVERALL
I am very happy with my PSL experience. The day i placed an order i was extremely nervous for the simple fact it was new to me. I was taken care of from start to finish. I will be a regular from now on.
Just a note on the gear,
I would love to log this gear & post results but i'm actually in midcyle with another source's gear. The PSL is to finish everything up. I don't think it would be fair to post a review up when i used to different sources of gear. I do say this, next blast i will be running a cycle of strictly PSL & i would love to log something then.
