99.99% of the time, anybody claiming to have read the law is lying. The legislation is fucking massive. Hospitals pay consultants to explain it to them. College educated finance professions with decades of experience in the form of hospital administrators and chief financial officers paying money to have other people with backgrounds in finance and decades of experience explain the complex nature of what Obamacare.

But wait! Shithead no grammar internet poster has it figured out, because he read the law. Let's hear what he has to say, because I am betting that he has some insight to share with us.

Look it up. It is indeed quite long. But the margins are wide and the font is large so the real length is closer to 600-650 pages. Pretty easy reading, too. The only pain in the ass part is the referencing of other laws and regulations, particularly those referring to tax code. There is nothing, really, to figure out. It's pretty much a cluster fuck with a few good things thrown in for good measure. So far the only good things are the allowing of pre-existing conditions (in my opinion it's good) and raising the age limit for children to be on their parents' healthcare. Some of the middle of the road things are allowing doctors to do essentially "volunteer" work to help bring down the principle of their med school loans. The funding of that is iffy, but it helps doctors new to the profession assistance on their school loans. The timing of how things are to be implemented, according to the law, are a total disaster. Only engineers could screw up timing so horribly.
